Here it is! This is a listing of the parts and supplies that we have bought, how much we have paid, and the running total. I figured it would be fun to keep a running log of this stuff. Perhaps this would be a good place for someone interested in finding the cost of breaking into this hobby. Or better yet, if someone knows of a much better deal then what I am paying for something they can email me. :) I do prefer to support the local hobby shop when I can. Also, being impatient unless I can save more then a buck or two I tend not to order online anyway. Things like consumables I do prefer to get the cheapest way possible. Glow plugs and fuel are the two biggest things. I think we are paying to much for them. These are parts and supplies for two trucks. Don't let this daunt you if you want to get into this hobby. :) Just remember, it is a hobby not a toy!
